The iron hero helmet comes in two pieces.  There is the front shell and the back.  They are held together by magnets.  There is also a face plate that can be manually raised and lowered with an internal hinge and it will hold open or closed. The eyes are a mesh that you can see through.

Measuring Your Head Circumference

It is best to order helmets about a 1/2" larger so you have some breathing room. We also include a set of foam padding with each helmet that uses peel and stick velcro to fill in any gaps, make them the most wearable for long periods of time, and create the perfect fit.
