Redbone Forge is an independent business specializing in custom, fan-inspired, 3D-printed creations.

We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected with the National Football League (NFL), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), any specific NFL or NCAA team, Marvel Worldwide Inc., DC Comics, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries or associated intellectual property (IP) holders.

Our products are unique, custom-made works of fan art, which are intended as tributes and artistic interpretations. They are designed and produced solely by Redbone Forge and should not be confused with official merchandise from any of the brands mentioned above.

 

Trademark and Copyright Notice

 

The intellectual property, including all names, logos, wordmarks, characters, and associated imagery related to professional sports teams (NFL/NCAA) and superhero franchises (Marvel/DC), are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

• No Claim of Ownership: Redbone Forge makes no claim of ownership over any officially trademarked or copyrighted material used as inspiration for our designs.
• Artistic Interpretation: Our products are an artistic interpretation of popular themes, styles, and color combinations. We have made every effort to ensure that our custom product descriptions and titles utilize only generic, non-trademarked, and non-copyrighted descriptive language to avoid consumer confusion.
• Customer Responsibility: By placing a custom order with Redbone Forge, the customer acknowledges that the final product is a fan-made item and not official merchandise.
• Logos or Marks: Any product reflecting team colors or character styles is done so as an homage.

 

Products and Licensing

 

Due to the nature of intellectual property laws, we do not possess commercial licenses from the NFL, NCAA, Marvel, or DC Comics to produce and sell official merchandise.

• Prop Use Only: Our products are sold solely as artistic props, decoration, or custom costume pieces (cosplay) and are not certified or intended to be used as safety equipment, toys, or official team helmets.
• Digital Files: Any 3D model files (STLs) used to create our products are either our original designs or are utilized under an explicitly granted commercial license that permits the sale of the physical 3D-printed object.
