Made from High-quality materials. The mercenary design comes in six pieces. There is the main shell, two side pieces, then two eye pieces that are all held together by 70 strong magnets.

Getting the Right Fit:

If you choose to wear our helmets we recommend that you supply measurements during checkout for the best fit. I made this short video that shows how to measure a head circumference.

Measuring Your Head Circumference

It is best to order helmets about a 1/2" larger so you have some breathing room. We also include a set of foam padding with each helmet that uses peel and stick velcro to fill in any gaps, make them the most wearable for long periods of time, and create the perfect fit.

We take great pride and craftsmanship in each product we make. This video shows the process each helmet goes through to give you a quality product you will be proud of for years to come.

The Making of a Helmet

Materials Used

Quality matters. We take great pride in the materials and craftsmanship to make our products.

Our helmets are entirely 3D printed using PLA Pro filament. It is a hard plastic material with extra strength and durability from traditional materials.
Most helmets come in pieces for ease in wearing. Those pieces are held together in most cases with magnets. We us an N50 or higher rated magnet for extra strength with that nice snap when the pieces come together.

How We Price Our Items

Our products are made of high quality materials from reputable brands. The price is a combination of:

The amount of filament material required to print the helmet. Some use more filament than others.
The number of magnets used to hold everything together.
The amount of time it takes to print the helmet. We are a small business with a limited number of printers and most helmets take 2-4 days to print all the parts.
Finally the amount of time it takes to prepare and assemble the helmet.

We take quality seriously and want you to know that you are getting a quality product that will last.

How Long Does it Take?

All items are printed when ordered and take about a week to complete depending on the design and backlog.
Shipping takes another 3-5 days to arrive shipping from the midwest United States.

How to Display It

All of our helmets are wearable but that isn't what everyone wants. Sometimes you just want to give it a place of honor in your man cave. While we don't sell display material this is what we recommend. All helmets will fit inside a 12x12x12 display box.

This thing turned out great! Much better than expected! Comfortable to wear, quality is top notch! Looks incredible and I get compliments and looks and High Fives every time I wear it. My only disappointment is the amount of people that don’t realize it’s Deadpool and refer to it as Spider-Man 🤦🏻‍♂️ C’mon people!
